Please be advised that the Buffalo Valley Road Bridge is currently CLOSED to all traffic.

At this time, there is no confirmed date for when the bridge will reopen. The closure will remain in effect until further notice.

Please use an alternate route and allow additional travel time. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

State Roads

State roads are not maintained by the township. Any and all state road problems such as drainage, potholes, etc., must be directed to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, PennDOT. The contact number for the York Country PennDOT office is 717-848-6230.

PennDOT Concern Portal

The Customer Care Center (CCC) is a portal for the residents of Pennsylvania to submit their concerns. A concern is something that requires PennDOT attention for resolution such as potholes, drainage issues, or deer carcass removal.
