Application for Building Permit and/or Zoning Permit

For a list of Residential Projects that require a permit, CLICK HERE.  If you have questions about this list, about Commercial Projects, or if your project falls into Residential or Commercial requirements, please contact the zoning officer.   PLEASE NOTE:  This is not an all inclusive list of projects.  If your project is not listed, or you are not sure if it falls under a certain category, please contact the Zoning Officer.

Applications may be submitted ONLINE , or you may DOWNLOAD the application and submit it via email, mail, or in person at the township office. Printed copies of the application are available at the township office.  Files sent via document sharing services will not be opened. 

*Applicants will be notified via email of the amount due for required fees in accordance with Township Fee Schedule. No permits or approvals will be granted until all fees are paid. Electronic payment of permit fees is now available.  Permits may be issued without appearing in person in the township office.
